Overview

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines to produce precision components. This role requires pre-assembly of small parts under a microscope, machine monitoring, performing minor adjustments, and ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. The operator plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting production

goals.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.

Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.

Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.

Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.

Record production activity, equipment issues, and promptly report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Must Haves

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.

Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
