What You’ll Do

Build relationships with assigned People Leaders to understand business priorities

Support HRBPs in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives

Provide guidance on routine employee and leadership matters, escalating complex issues as needed

Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities

Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance practices

Reinforce consistent leadership practices and company values

Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture

Assist leaders through organizational change by reinforcing communication and change plans

Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business discussions

Partner with HRIS, Shared Services, and COEs to leverage people insights

Partner with Shared Services and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions

Guide leaders to the appropriate HR resources while focusing on strategic consulting rather than transactional support

What You Bring

Hands-on progressive HR experience

Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices

Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Business curiosity and developing consulting capability

Analytical thinking and sound judgment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence through collaboration

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred

English Level

Upper-Intermediate
