APAC Supply Chain Security Manager

The role

Nebius is looking for a APAC Supply Chain Security Manager to own and lead supply chain security across the Asia-Pacific region. This is one of the most significant and wide-ranging roles within the NGSCS structure, a rare opportunity to build a regional security function from scratch in one of the world's most strategically important and operationally complex logistics markets.

APAC represents a developing and rapidly expanding operational theatre for Nebius. The person in this role will be the sole NGSCS presence in the region, carrying full accountability for all supply chain security operations across APAC, spanning both warehouse and transportation security, across a geographically vast, multi-jurisdictional, and commercially diverse environment. From high-growth logistics hubs like Singapore to emerging markets across Southeast Asia and beyond, this role demands a security professional who can operate with full ownership, sound judgment, and entrepreneurial drive.

Based in Singapore, the natural gateway to APAC logistics operations,  this individual will establish the regional security framework, build the vendor and partner ecosystem, define the risk profile across key markets, and deliver operational security outcomes from day one. They will serve as the NGSCS authority for all things APAC, working in close alignment with global leadership while operating with the independence required to get things done in a complex and fast-moving regional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Regional Function Establishment

Build the NGSCS APAC security function from the ground up, establishing the operational framework, regional risk profile, and partner ecosystem required to secure Nebius supply chain operations across the region

Define and implement regional adaptations of global NGSCS security standards, ensuring they are operationally effective across diverse APAC markets and jurisdictions

Identify, assess, and onboard regional security vendors, guarding providers, logistics partners, and technology platforms in alignment with NGSCS requirements

Map and assess the APAC supply chain security landscape, identifying key threat vectors, market-specific risks, and operational vulnerabilities across the region

Establish NGSCS's presence and authority across the APAC vendor and logistics partner network, setting clear expectations for security performance from the outset

Warehouse Security

Own and lead warehouse security across all APAC facilities, with full accountability for facility-level risk and performance

Ensure the secure storage, handling, and integrity of high-value assets across all warehouse and staging facilities in the region

Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners operating warehouse and storage facilities, including 3PLs and co-located vendors across APAC markets

Manage physical security standards across facilities, including access control, CCTV, guard force oversight, and alarm systems

Conduct and oversee facility security assessments and audits, benchmarking against TAPA FSR and NGSCS standards

Lead end-to-end response to warehouse security incidents (e.g., theft, loss, unauthorized access, inventory discrepancies), including coordination, investigation, and resolution

Transportation Security

Own and lead transportation security across all APAC shipment lanes, with full accountability for in-transit risk and performance

Ensure the secure handling, packaging, and movement of high-value assets across all transportation nodes within the APAC region

Establish and enforce security requirements across transportation partners, including carriers, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery providers across APAC markets

Conduct risk assessments across transportation routes, handoff points, and carrier operations, and implement effective mitigation strategies

Manage GPS tracking, geofencing, and real-time monitoring of assets across active regional shipments

Lead end-to-end response to in-transit security incidents (e.g., theft, loss, diversion, tampering), including coordination, investigation, and resolution

Regional Leadership & Global Coordination

Serve as the sole NGSCS authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters across APAC

Maintain close alignment with the Global Transportation Security Manager and NGSCS global leadership, providing regular visibility into regional performance, risks, and developments

Provide structured intelligence on emerging threats, regulatory changes, and logistics security developments across APAC markets to inform global NGSCS strategy

Monitor and report on regional security performance, risks, and incidents across both warehouse and transportation domains

Drive continuous improvement of regional security capabilities as the APAC function matures, the vendor network develops, and the Nebius operational footprint grows

Operational Scope:

Full regional ownership of all supply chain security operations across APAC, warehouse and transportation as the sole NGSCS presence in the region. Note: Taiwan operations are managed separately under a dedicated NGSCS Taiwan role and fall outside the scope of this position

Initial scope covers the current APAC operational footprint, with accountability expanding in line with Nebius's growth across the region

Engagement across a wide range of APAC markets, logistics environments, and regulatory jurisdictions

Significant regional travel required across APAC markets for facility assessments, vendor engagement, route reviews, and incident response

Based in Singapore, operating as the regional hub for NGSCS APAC activity

We expect you to have:

Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or a combined warehouse and transportation security role

Proven operational experience across the APAC region, with strong understanding of local logistics, regulatory, and security environments across multiple markets

Demonstrated experience building or establishing a security function, team, or regional operational presence in a new or emerging market

Strong experience across both warehouse and facility security and in-transit transportation security operations

Demonstrated experience leading incident response across warehouse and transportation security events in complex, multi-jurisdiction environments

High degree of independence, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive — comfortable creating structure and making sound judgments in ambiguous situations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal leadership and external partners spanning multiple cultures, languages, and business environments

Analytical and structured approach to risk assessment, problem-solving, and regional threat profiling

Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in an additional APAC language is preferred

It will be an added bonus if you have:

Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chain security across APAC (e.g., AI hardware, data centers, semiconductors, electronics)

Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security with significant APAC regional exposure

Familiarity with TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR, or equivalent supply chain security standards

Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (e.g., GPS tracking, geofencing, access control systems, CCTV, tamper-evident sealing, real-time monitoring platforms)

Deep understanding of logistics and regulatory environments across key APAC markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and South Korea

Experience working within a global organization with cross-regional coordination requirements

Full dual-domain responsibility across warehouse and transportation security requires strong personal organization and the ability to manage multiple concurrent operational priorities

Security incidents across either domain may require availability and response outside standard working hours

Operates within a global NGSCS environment requiring regular coordination across multiple time zones, including teams in the EU, USA, Israel, and Taiwan

Significant regional travel across APAC is expected as a core part of the role, particularly during the establishment phase
