We are seeking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join the group at our Hamilton Wolfe/Medical Center

Job Description:

Main location: 5223 Hamilton Wolfe, San Antonio, TX

No Satellite Locations

Outpatient only

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm

Supporting one physician

Patient follow-up visits only, averaging 14-16 per day

Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting

Complete patient histories and physicals

Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests

Counsel patient and family on health and disease

Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities

Perform other duties as assigned

Salary range: Negotiable based on experience

Qualifications:

State Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Required

Bilingual English/Spanish - Required

Gastrointestinal experience - Preferred
