What You’ll Do
Coordinate OD projects and initiatives from planning through follow-up, organizing timelines, next steps, and key details.
Track deadlines, action items, and dependencies; flag upcoming needs or potential roadblocks.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and workshops, including agendas, materials, logistics, notes, and follow-up.
Prepare first drafts of presentations, documents, communications, and meeting materials for review.
Maintain accurate project information, schedules, documentation, and records.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Adapt as priorities change while maintaining accuracy and dependable follow-through.
What You’ll Bring
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Initiative and sound judgment; you can get started, ask useful questions, and anticipate next steps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished drafts and presentations.
Adaptability, attention to detail, and confidence learning new systems.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative approach.
2–3 years of administrative, office support, or project coordination experience preferred.
What Success Looks Like
You create clarity and help work move forward. You organize details, communicate timely updates, surface potential issues, and follow through without needing every step spelled out.
