The Account Director  will own client relationships, drive commercial success, anticipate business opportunities, and manage complex, high-touch operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day client experience focusing on user-generated content, influencer marketing ecosystems, and technical operations. Rather than managing traditional creative agency campaigns or audiovisual productions, you will serve as a versatile commercial and operational partner, building deep client trust, negotiating high-value scope, and structuring scalable teams.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships and provide strategic consult, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to drive client retention and account growth.

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations specifically tailored to User-Generated Content campaigns, influencer management, and digital product operations (moving away from traditional advertising/audiovisual production approaches).

Manage the commercial and financial end-to-end process, including Master Services Agreements, SOW, budget creation, revenue tracking, monthly recurring retainers, and internal financial reporting.

Partner with clients on strategic briefs and lead client presentations, ensuring feedback is efficiently translated into operational execution.

Help structure, build, and scale new client teams and workflows to support evolving technical and content operations.

Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts (project managers, producers, strategy, and tech/content teams) to communicate project requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Manage client approvals, internal ticketing systems, project management tools, and oversee key meeting schedules and documentation across platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of account management, commercial, or marketing experience in fast-paced environments (digital product agencies, content platforms, or tech-driven marketing services).

Proven track record in managing influencer marketing ecosystems, UGC strategies, and digital product/content operations.

Demonstrated strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a growth mindset with experience handling high-value client accounts/retainers.

Hands-on experience managing project finances, budgets, SOWs, and revenue forecasting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills with a focus on establishing long-term operational trust.

Proficiency in digital productivity tools and project management software (Google Workspace: Docs, Slides, Sheets, or equivalent).

Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred qualifications

Direct experience operating within level 6 (L6) leadership structures or senior account management roles in global advertising/tech networks.

Familiarity with technical and operationally intensive workflows combining technology, content scaling, and data-driven client solutions.

Strong adaptability to lead non-traditional agency accounts focusing on agile, high-volume content operations and influencer networks.
