Workplace Project Coordinator (Contractor)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Suno is looking for a Workplace Project Coordinator to help deliver a fast-moving portfolio of workplace and real estate projects. Working closely with our Senior Workplace Project Manager, you’ll turn decisions into action, keep dependencies visible, and make sure the people involved know what needs to happen next.
This is a 6 month contract engagement. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can coordinate confidently with vendors, consultants, onsite teams, and senior stakeholders. You’ll support several projects at once, maintain reliable project information, and flag risks before they affect delivery.
You’ll work with direction on major project decisions. As you learn the projects and build trust with the team, you may take ownership of smaller workstreams and set working-level deadlines, while escalating decisions that materially affect schedule, cost, or scope.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Senior Workplace Project Manager by driving day-to-day execution, follow-through, and coordination across active projects
- Drive follow-up and execution on decisions made across active projects
- Track actions, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding information
- Coordinate meetings, recaps, communications, and accountability for next steps
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status information
- Coordinate deliveries and installations in partnership with onsite office teams
- Follow up with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for required inputs and deliverables
- Surface risks, missed dependencies, or potential schedule impacts early
- Support multiple concurrent workplace projects without losing visibility across workstreams
- Travel occasionally to support project milestones, site activities, installations, and office openings as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in workplace buildouts, owner’s rep/project coordination, commercial construction, corporate real estate, facilities projects, or a related environment
- Experience working within a layered project structure, supporting a Senior Project Manager or similar project lead while owning day-to-day coordination and execution
- Experience coordinating across multiple vendors, consultants, and senior/executive stakeholders
- Working familiarity with drawings, construction/project terminology, schedules, furniture, IT/AV, procurement, and design documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment
- Office, workplace, interiors, or hospitality project experience is a plus
COMPENSATION
$62–$83 per hour
