This position requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to support our fast-paced environment. It is the perfect opportunity for a proactive operational coordinator who is passionate about building a vibrant office culture and creating a supportive, pleasant, and welcoming workplace experience for our entire team.

What You'll Do

Event Logistics: Provide end-to-end support for employee engagement and company events, including setup, logistics coordination, and F&B ordering.

On-Site Tech Support: Act as the local hands for corporate IT teams by assisting with basic troubleshooting for meeting room A/V technology and Wi-Fi connectivity checks.

Safety & Compliance: Assist the Manager in implementing local health and safety protocols, including coordinating fire safety checks in compliance with Hong Kong regulations.

Workplace Upkeep & Operations

Daily Environment: Conduct daily walkthroughs and collaborate with the office attendant to ensure all workspaces, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones are clean, fully stocked, organized, and functional.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for workplace facilities maintenance and renewals (e.g., water machine filters, furniture repairs, IT equipment).

Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory and purchasing for office

snacks, beverages, stationery, first-aid kits, and general office supplies within budget guidelines.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Manage administrative and ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner to support changing business needs.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in customer service, office operations, or workplace experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders comfortably.

Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, knowing Slack is a plus.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and engage with diverse teams.

Interpersonal Attributes: Warm, approachable, and enthusiastic personality who genuinely enjoys thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
