As our Paris office expands, we’re looking for builders - resourceful, hands-on individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where needed. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the Regional Manager, Workplace Experience - EMEA.

Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience. You’ll maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our Paris employees and be adaptable to evolving global conditions and workplace dynamics. This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week.

Deliver exceptional customer service to all who enter the Paris office, upholding Braze’s high standards of hospitality.

Monitor and respond to workplace service tickets, maintaining a customer-focused mindset to ensure top-tier service for Paris employees.

Own the planning and execution of local events and activations, including holiday celebrations, mixers, ERG events, and employee engagement programming, collaborating with the local culture committee to ensure a high-quality and consistent employee experience.

Support workplace occupancy and desk management, partnering with the wider Workplace Experience team to facilitate hybrid working practices.

Lead the local new hire onboarding experience by delivering office orientations, workplace tours, and creating meaningful connections for new employees.

Collaborate on the implementation of global workplace programmes, policies, processes, and tools, ensuring local needs and requirements are represented.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including IT, Finance and People teams, serving as a trusted workplace partner.

Engage regularly with employees and local leadership to understand workplace needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the office experience.

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and workplace services to ensure operational excellence.

Act as the primary point of contact for building management, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of facilities-related issues.

Partner with Procurement and Workplace Experience leadership to onboard vendors, obtain quotations, manage contracts, and support purchasing processes.

Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and financial planning for the Paris office.

Support compliance with health and safety requirements, working closely with external providers, building management, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Coordinate workplace inspections, maintain safety documentation, and ensure any incidents or accidents are reported, documented, and followed through appropriately.

Contribute to workplace projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support business growth.
