Positive Objective:
The Women’s Health Practice Specialist provides leadership and direction in accordance with the overall strategic direction of the Women’s & Children’s Service Line. This role has day to day accountability for the operation and administrative performance of the assigned ambulatory programs, projects and initiatives. The Practice Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships and communicating with the W&C LHCE practice management team and Shared Services team members.
Essential Job Duties:
Supports the delivery of internal and external programs, including our Centering, Doula, and Women’s Health TODAY programs and Care Companion platform.Develops clear project plan that allows teams to achieve desired outcomes. Monitors plan on an ongoing basis and proactively adjusts, as necessary, to resolve barriers and/or issues. Oversees work to ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to timeframes and budget.Coordinates the efforts of the team in the execution of grant funded programs to ensure compliance with committed deliverables across all ambulatory services.Participates in special assignments, collects and reports data and findings associated with projects and initiatives.Provides project management support to the Vice President and ambulatory leadership team.Completes end of month reporting and reconciliation of provider volumes and quality incentive metrics to inform achievement of targets.Prepares, analyzes and creates detailed statistical reports to be used by service line leadership. Proficiently generates data in sophisticated reports with graphs and charts for the service line KPIs.Maintains contact with the Vice President regarding important issues.Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience Project Management Certification preferredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare field or project managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demandsHigh motivation and achievement orientationRequired License/Certifications:

Physical Demands: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Pay Range
$63,084.67—$94,627 USD
