The role
We are looking for Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations for data center hardware. This role focuses on execution of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely equipment provisioning for data center operations.The position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on work with IT equipment, and adherence to established processes and standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Warehouse & Shipment Operations
Process inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures.
Verify shipment contents against documentation upon receipt and dispatch.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and packaging of equipment.
Coordinate with warehouse providers and internal teams on shipment execution.
2. Inventory & Asset Management
Participate in cyclical and annual inventory checks.
Maintain accurate records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
Create inventory items for all received equipment.
Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
3. Equipment Handling & Testing
Perform testing of server drives and memory modules according to standard procedures.
Ensure equipment readiness before provisioning to data center engineers.
Maintain proper documentation of tested and deployed equipment.
4. Operational Support
Provide required equipment to data center operation engineers in a timely manner.
Support daily warehouse activities and logistics workflows.
Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvement suggestions.
We expect you to have:
2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT equipment (servers, networking hardware, components).
Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems (ERP/WMS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured environment.
Willingness to travel for business needs.
