Videographer
About the Role:
The Creative Core team in Marketing crafts simple, high-impact, human experiences that reflect our people and products. We are looking for a storyteller who can help shape the narrative arc of our videos, refine pacing and tone through editorial craft, and bring ideas to life across a range of formats.
We work as a close-knit team, collaborating with external agencies and cross-company creative partners. Our focus is on a consistent, impactful, and clear creative narrative. The Creative Core team is responsible for bringing our stories to life through video and narrative storytelling. Video is an essential part of how we connect to our audience—whether explaining a new product, capturing a customer story, or showcasing the craft behind our technology.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
Impact You'll Own:
Develop editorial narratives across product explainers, customer stories, sizzles, and brand campaigns
Own the end-to-end video editing process: narrative arc, rough cut, final polish, color, audio, and versioning
Partner with designers, producers, and writers to storyboard and script videos that communicate complex ideas with clarity
Incorporate motion design, titles, and other assets from the design team to enhance narrative and brand consistency
Participate in creative reviews and guide the direction of video and content development
Drive storytelling experiments using emerging AI video and voice technologies
Manage timelines, deliverables, and revisions to meet multiple deadlines across projects
Contribute to or lead production planning and coordination
What You Bring:
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in video production or related fields
Experience writing or co-writing scripts, outlines, and interview-based narratives
Experience with portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and editorial craft across various formats and durations
Experience with AI-first video workflows (e.g., voice generation, script-to-video, captioning tools)
Production experience: cameras, lighting, directing talent, or overseeing shoots
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Experience with emerging technologies and curiosity to explore new formats and creative techniques
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional creative teams
Experience with visual storytelling principles, sound design, pacing, and emotional resonance
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience with Earth Observation data
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and LLMs
