Crypto.com is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our compliance team as the Vice president of Sanctions and Financial Crime Intelligence. This critical leadership role is designed to oversee sanctions controls for the Northamerican entities and spearhead the modernization and scalability of our compliance program through advanced automation, while providing robust oversight over financial crimes risks. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Crimes, you will drive actionable intelligence operations to protect the platform, defend our users, and safeguard the firm’s reputation

In this role, you will drive operational effectiveness and efficacy, oversee sanctions controls and focus on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating external threats to the platform. You will serve as a frontline defender—collaborating closely with law enforcement, industry peers, and intelligence networks to protect the business and its users.
