We are searching for an experienced Mid Market Vice President with a passion for technology and a solid track record in third line leadership working in a high growth tech environment. In this role, Mid Market refers to organizations with roughly 1,000-5,000 employees, a segment where deal complexity and deal size are rapidly growing. You will provide strategy, mentorship and guidance for Mid Market Sales leaders and their teams globally, ultimately furthering the growth of our organization, including driving and closing multiple $1M+ engagements across the portfolio. You should have a consistent track record of building and developing high performance sales teams and shaping the strategic direction of a global sales organization.

What You'll Do:

Own the global growth strategy for Mid Market Sales, setting the vision and direction for new logo and bookings performance across all regions

Build accurate, forward-looking forecasts that inform planning and investment decisions

Shape the long-term go-to-market strategy for Mid Market, identifying new markets to enter and new ways to expand the business

Build and scale a world-class global leadership bench, creating the conditions for top talent to thrive across the organization

Set the strategic direction for a global team of Mid Market Sales Directors & Managers, ensuring alignment across regions and functions

Define the operating model and talent strategy that allows the organization to scale sustainably as the business grows

Establish a culture of continuous improvement, using data and market trends to shape strategic priorities

Partner with executive stakeholders across the company to align go-to-market strategy, talent development, and long-term organizational goals

Who You Are:

Experience managing sales cycles and employees across multiple regions and countries globally

10+ years of hi-tech cycle sales with strong focus in net new logos acquisition

Managed a high performing sales leadership team for a B2B technology company

Able to accurately forecast team performance. Determined to meet and exceed sales quotas with a history of success

Proven in overseeing second line managers in all areas of the sales cycle

Customer-centric with a strong track record of developing satisfied customers

Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise

Passionate about coaching others and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team

Strong in your communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of developing loyal and satisfied customers

Comfortable and resilient in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
