Veterinarian Coach

We're seeking an experienced veterinarian coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in veterinary medicine. This role includes teaching core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, surgical procedures, and animal health education, as well as guiding students through certification requirements and exploring different specialties within the field. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy, as well as guidance on purchasing a practice for those looking to run their own clinic. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a veterinarian, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
