Design Coach

We're seeking an experienced Design Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within design roles. This role includes teaching core design thinking, user experience design, and user interface design skills, as well as helping clients build strong wireframing, prototyping, and visual design abilities. Coaches also guide clients on branding and applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals, AI graphics creation, AI product design, and user research & insights automation to their design work. On the career side, coaches offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, plus interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy tailored to design roles, along with broader skill building and support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in design (as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or industry professional), a strong portfolio and track record of shipping thoughtful design work, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
