About You:
You are an HR generalist who likes people, details, and building things that do not exist yet - a new people dashboard built with AI, a refreshed benefits package, a better first month for new joiners.
You move easily between the detail and the design: you can answer employee and people team questions on the same day as you can dream big about how onboarding should feel for the next 100 employees who join.
You are energized by open-ended problems and comfortable owning a project from idea through rollout without a playbook handed to you.
You care about how people experience their workplace, and you use feedback and data to make it measurably better.
What skills do I need?
4-7+ years of experience in an HR generalist, People Operations, or similar role
Experience with US immigration, US benefits, and typical people operations processes (e.g., employee analytics and reporting, employee experience programs, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management)
Strong project management skills - you can scope, sequence, and land a program across multiple stakeholders
Experience using AI to improve efficiency and human-centricity of People operations.
Nice to have: experience supporting a fast-growing technology company
