About the role

Prepare, submit and follow through carrier referrals under Coalition’s capacity agreements, including rework and post-response actions.

Conduct four-eyes and secondary reviews across SME, mid-market and large-risk business, and manage pricing exception requests.

Document decisions so that they create usable precedent, and maintain a referral decision library for underwriters.

Identify recurring referral patterns and convert them into guideline revisions, authority adjustments, underwriter coaching and training content.

Specify automated referral gates and governance flags with Product and Engineering, and track their effect on volume and cycle time.

Produce referral management information: volumes by trigger, cycle times, outcomes and trends.

Coordinate CPU responses to North American carrier audits

Assist in researching and developing new insurance products
