What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end product design process: user research, flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and developer handoff
Design and improve core product flows and daily user interactions
Simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear and intuitive experiences
Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
Use user insights and product goals to guide design decisions
Help establish design standards and best practices for the product
What we’re looking for
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
Strong experience designing B2B or SaaS products
Experience working on complex systems, dashboards, or back-office tools
Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, user flows, usability
Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership
Professional level of English and Spanish
Nice to have
Experience in startups or early-stage products
Experience as a first or early designer
Background in data-heavy or enterprise software
Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research
What this role is NOT
Not a UI-only or visual design role
Not focused on marketing websites or landing pages
Not a junior position
Not consumer-only product design
