Your opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and execution-oriented Treasury Manager to own and elevate our treasury operations and contribute to the development and execution of Treasury strategy. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to maintain the status quo—we need a builder. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day cash operations, liquidity, and debt management, while actively designing, setting up, and modernizing our banking & treasury management systems infrastructure.

This role is operational and strategic at the same time. You will partner closely with teams across the entire organization to help streamline and scale treasury-related processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management

Cash & Liquidity: Manage daily cash management & treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity levels across all entities while positioning the company for growth.

Credit Facility Management: Manage credit facility activities and support the lender-related processes.

Forecasting: Build, maintain, and continuously improve robust short-term cash flow forecasts.  Implement improvements to help automate workflows and upstream processes to make short-term forecasting more efficient and accurate.  Support long-term liquidity planning exercises.

KYC & Compliance:  Support treasury-related KYC and compliance requirements.

Banking Infrastructure & Systems

Banking Infrastructure: Set up and maintain global banking services, platforms, and bank accounts while recommending and implementing improvements.

Automation: Identify and execute opportunities to improve treasury processes while leveraging technology to automate workflows, reduce manual intervention, and mitigate risk.

Portal Management: Administer global banking portals and platforms, ensuring secure and seamless access controls are in place.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

Stakeholder Partnership: Deliver operationally excellent Treasury support to internal stakeholders through effective collaboration.

Project Delivery: Execute treasury-related projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and change management.

This role requires

Treasury Tenure: 5+ years of progressive experience in banking or treasury areas

Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern banking portals, treasury management systems (TMS) and working experience with ERPs (e.g. Oracle, SAP or Netsuite) in Treasury-related areas.

Advanced Financial Modelling: Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with a proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and automated financial models that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Data & Analytics: Strong data literacy. Hands-on experience working with data architecture, including querying with SQL and navigating data warehouses like Snowflake.  Proven experience taking this raw information and turning it into actionable insights.

A resilient, strategic builder and clear communicator: You possess a distinct passion for creating order out of ambiguity and a resourceful, practical approach to problem-solving. You naturally challenge the status quo using analytical critical thinking to balance immediate needs with long-term vision, whilst effortlessly articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points if you have

Finance Experience:  Experience in banking, finance/accounting operations and/or FP&A areas a plus.

AI Tools:  General working knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude or OpenAI.

Proven experience working comfortably in a highly hands-on environment where you are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. While not strictly required, prior experience within a sponsor-owned private company or the technology sector is a distinct plus

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
