Total Rewards Analyst (Americas)

The Opportunity
A detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Analyst who supports benefits and compensation programs across our Americas region. Based in the United States, this role partners closely with our broader global Total Rewards team to ensure employees across the US, Canada, and Latin America receive accurate, timely, and compliant benefits and compensation support. This position requires flexibility to work across time zones to effectively collaborate with Americas stakeholders and the broader global Total Rewards function.
This employee combines strong analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset, is comfortable navigating multi-country benefits complexity, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
Benefits Administration
Manage the benefits renewal process across Americas countries, coordinating with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Administer benefits enrollment and setup for new hires, ensuring accurate and timely elections across all supported countries.
Review, reconcile, and process vendor and carrier invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Support administration of pension and retirement programs, including contributions, enrollments, and vendor coordination.
Draft and distribute clear benefits communications to employees, managers, and HR partners.
Monitor and support compliance with local benefits regulations and reporting requirements across Americas jurisdictions.
Assist with the coordination and promotion of wellness programs and initiatives.
Serve as a front-line resource for benefit inquiries, employee emails, and Workday tasks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
Manage the Leave of Absence processes, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with HR and payroll.
Compensation Support
Support execution of the market adjustments/promotion process, including data preparation and coordination with regional HR.
Assist with administration of the annual merit increase cycle, including data validation, calculations, and communications.
Support the annual bonus process, including eligibility checks, calculations, and reporting.
Provide coaching support to managers on compensation-related questions, tools, and guidelines.
Perform Workday approvals and ensure ongoing data integrity across compensation-related records and transactions.
Support administration of the AwardCo recognition platform for the Americas region.
Coordinate salary survey participation, including data submission and vendor coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, ideally with exposure to multi-country/Americas programs.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits and compensation concepts clearly to employees and managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global organization.
Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with Canada, Latin America, and US time zones as needed.

The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 - $115,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
