Technical Project Manager
What is the role
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing key client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties include establishing timelines, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership. The role requires direct collaboration with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual parameters.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Technical background in wireless and wired networks.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

Who we are looking for
Successful candidate must possess:
5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management
Financial/banking industry experience
Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments
Background in technology, specifically with network devices and physical infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
Proactive in keeping up with evolving technologies and industry trends
Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with solid multitasking capabilities
PMP, CCNA or equivalent knowledge, certifications a plus, but not mandatory; ITIL certification is also a plus
