ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a team of talented software engineers from around the world

Define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facing experiences

Lead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-native

Drive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines

Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions

Make data-informed decisions that align with strategic goals

Track product performance metrics and report progress against goals

Communicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executives

Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of product management experience

Comprehensive understanding of software development processes

Strong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving

Sound understanding of UX design principles

Working knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS

Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation

Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given

geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.

SALARY RANGE:

$143,000—$175,000 USD
