As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with owning the technical story that earns SentinelOne attention long before a deal exists, across our market-leading Singularity™ Platform: Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, and the Autonomous SOC, and the products behind them, Singularity Endpoint, Singularity Cloud, Singularity Identity, Singularity AI-SIEM, Purple AI, and Prompt Security. Your job is to make the practitioners and technical influencers who shape buying decisions curious enough to come looking. Technical Marketing and Product Marketing are different jobs here: Product Marketing owns the market story, including segmentation, positioning strategy, pricing, launch, and the business case, while you own the technical one.

Some travel may be required.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Lead one or two medium to high impact projects while contributing to several others, creating the demos, content, and technical thought leadership that earn practitioners' attention early.

Own the technical value proposition for the work you take on, articulating the how and the why behind the product, not only the what; develop, refine, and defend technical positioning covering technical benefits, integration capabilities, security features, and performance metrics, and translate it into customer-centric narratives a practitioner recognizes as true.

Develop and land high-quality technical content, including white papers, technical blogs, solution briefs, deployment and integration guides, technical articles, FAQs, and reference architectures, making each one an argument a practitioner wants to follow rather than a specification they have to decode; build for reuse so each piece keeps producing long after the launch that prompted it, and hold the technical accuracy line on your own work and on the content you review for others.

Develop demos, demo scenarios, webinars, and videos end to end, from the environment it runs on through the final edit, with light manager input rather than step-by-step direction, standing up whatever environment you need and pressure-testing what you are about to say before it reaches a slide.

Design realistic attack and threat simulations that bring customer outcomes to life, and turn public testing such as MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations into content practitioners actually want to read.

Own the plan and the calendar for the work you take on, sequencing topical content, community activity, and thought leadership against launches, threat events, and what practitioners are already talking about; run it like a program with named deliverables, real dates, and a current view of who owes what, chasing contributors you do not manage and landing the work on the date you committed to across competing timelines.

Use data and insights, including content performance, demo telemetry, field feedback, and search behavior, to decide what to make next and what to retire.

Work closely with product management, product engineering, detection engineering, threat research, product marketing, sales engineering, and analyst and media relations to stay ahead of what is shipping, why it was built that way, and where adversary tradecraft is moving; partner with competitive and market intelligence, bringing the hands-on technical read to the market picture they own, build the credibility and relationships that make people who do not report to you want to help, and bring the right people in when a problem is bigger than your project.

Present the work at webinars, user groups, and partner engagements as opportunities come up, and stay active in the communities where security practitioners discuss this technology.

Carry real deployment and evaluation feedback into product management and engineering, grounded in what you see in labs, proofs of concept and value, competitive bake-offs, and architecture and design reviews, and bring whatever instincts you built in a customer-facing technical seat to that work.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

Big passion for cyber-security and for the technology itself, with genuine enjoyment in understanding how a product works under the hood.

Real technical depth and the hands-on habits that keep it current, a requirement we do not flex: you stand up your own lab, build your own demo environment, run your own tests, read the detection logic, and hold a technical conversation with detection engineers and threat researchers without an interpreter.

Working knowledge of endpoint, cloud, identity, and data security, and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.

3 to 5 years of directly related experience, or 4 to 6 years of general professional experience, across technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product management, or a hands-on security operations role.

Strong storytelling in both writing and demos: the ability to carry a technical argument in prose, edit your own work down hard, land the same argument live in a demo, and simplify complex technical concepts without flattening them into marketing language, with presence and credibility in a room of practitioners.

Strong organizational skills: you track your own deliverables and dates, keep a dozen threads straight at once, and people hear about a slip from you before they notice it themselves.

A highly collaborative, low-ego approach, comfort in cross-functional teams with competing priorities, the ability to build technical partnerships that outlast any single launch, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

The ability to operate independently inside established procedures, taking a demo or piece of content from idea to published with light manager input, holding a consistent delivery cadence rather than working in bursts, and building frameworks others can reuse rather than one-offs only you can run.

A growth mindset with comfort in experimentation, data-driven about what is working and unsentimental about what is not, with the relentlessness to stay with a hard problem, adjust when the evidence says to, and land the commitment you made.

Prior technical marketing engineer or sales engineer experience is preferred but not critical if the depth above and proven demo-building, content, and positioning skills can be demonstrated.
