Talent Applications Specialist (Part-time)
Why this role exists:
The purpose of this role is to independently configure, maintain, and optimize Talent Applications to meet business needs and ensure HR data integrity and compliance. It drives the implementation, integration, and user support of HR Tech systems across the organization. The position bridges HR requirements with technical execution while managing application performance and vendor communications.
What you’ll drive:
Talent Applications management
Independently configure and customize Talent Applications based on business needs.
Maintain and improve workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports.
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance.
Gather requirements and translate HR needs into clear technical specifications.
Research, test, and support the implementation of new features and improvements.
Integrations & projects
Support integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems.
Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects involving Talent Applications.
Coordinate owned parts of system implementation and improvement projects.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
User support & enablement
Provide first-line support to end-users and resolve application-related issues.
Deliver user training and help stakeholders make effective use of Talent Applications.
Create and maintain clear user guides and system documentation.
Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical users.
Data & compliance
Monitor HR data in Talent Applications and maintain its accuracy and integrity.
Manage access rights and support appropriate permissions across systems.
Ensure Talent Applications comply with internal IT security standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
Identify and address data or access-related issues proactively.
Vendor management & continuous improvement
Maintain regular communication with Talent Applications vendors.
Evaluate vendor updates and coordinate their successful deployment.
Stay up to date with emerging HR Tech tools, features, and best practices.
Share knowledge and identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing solutions.

Must-have
Hands-on experience configuring and administering HR software applications such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, or learning management systems.
Experience customizing workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and other system settings.
Understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience troubleshooting HR systems and resolving configuration or user-related issues.
Understanding of basic API and integration logic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Intermediate+ English for communication with vendors and internal stakeholders and preparation of documentation.
Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for effective communication with local stakeholders and end-users.
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other business applications.
Knowledge of GDPR, ISO, and other HR or IT compliance requirements.
Experience working with Talent Applications vendors.
Experience in HR Tech or a similar systems-focused role.
Experience delivering user training and creating technical documentation.
