WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a TA Operations Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of our global Talent Acquisition infrastructure. Bridging tactical support and program management, you will own core operational workflows, drive tech stack adoption (including AI recruiting tools), ensure data integrity, and lead process improvement initiatives. You will act as a key operational partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader People team.

Process Optimization & Scaling: Map, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition workflows across global regions to eliminate friction, boost recruiter productivity, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

TA Systems Administration & Tech Stack Execution: Serve as a core administrator for our recruitment tech stack (e.g., Greenhouse/Workday, CRM, Gem, sourcing tools, assessment platforms, GoodTime, AI scheduling tools). Lead ongoing maintenance, integrations, user permissions, and user training.

Data Integrity & Analytics: Maintain high standards of data hygiene across all systems. Partner with the Senior Manager and People Analytics team to build, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, pass-through rates, agency spend) to inform TA strategy.

AI & Tech Enablement: Research, evaluate, and help implement emerging AI-driven hiring technology (e.g., AI sourcing, automated interview scheduling, conversational AI chatbots). Drive enablement and change management for recruiter adoption.

Vendor & Contract Coordination: Support the curation of our centralized knowledge hub for vendor contracts, agency agreements, and job board subscriptions. Track renewal dates, usage metrics, and license allocation.

Compliance & Governance: Enforce recruiting compliance, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and internal governance guidelines across all regions. Ensure audit readiness and consistent adherence to hiring standards.

Enablement & Knowledge Management: Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and training guides in the central TA knowledge base. Deliver onboarding and continuous enablement training to recruiters and hiring managers on tools and process changes.

Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead mid-sized operational projects and sprint initiatives (e.g., interviewer training program rollouts, job board optimization, candidate survey analysis) with minimal supervision.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Operations within a fast-paced Tech, AI, AdTech, or MarTech environment.

Tech Stack Expertise: Hands-on experience administering ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment CRMs or sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).

AI & Modern TA Tool Savvy: Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools in recruitment (e.g., AI scheduling, sourcing tools, automated communications).

Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in data hygiene, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or native ATS analytics) to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Problem-Solver & Program Manager: Proven ability to manage multi-faceted projects independently, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing business needs.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting SOPs and training to TA, HR, and hiring managers.
