Talent Acquisition Manager, Product & Infrastructure (APAC)
About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 2000+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Product & Infrastructure in APAC, you will own how Nebius builds its infrastructure teams across the region. As Nebius continues to grow, you will be accountable for hiring across the technical and operational functions that underpin our platform in APAC.
This is a build role. You will establish recruiting processes where they don't yet exist, hire and lead a team of recruiters, and partner closely with regional leadership, HR and our global compensation team to make hiring in the region fast, consistent and high quality. You will operate with significant autonomy in an environment that is scaling rapidly and where plans evolve — comfort with ambiguity is essential.
This role is based in Singapore and works closely with stakeholders across global time zones.

Ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring activity
Step in as a player-coach on critical or senior searches when needed
