Talent Acquisition Manager, Product & Infrastructure (APAC)

About Nebius

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 2000+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Product & Infrastructure in APAC, you will own how Nebius builds its infrastructure teams across the region. As Nebius continues to grow, you will be accountable for hiring across the technical and operational functions that underpin our platform in APAC.

This is a build role. You will establish recruiting processes where they don't yet exist, hire and lead a team of recruiters, and partner closely with regional leadership, HR and our global compensation team to make hiring in the region fast, consistent and high quality. You will operate with significant autonomy in an environment that is scaling rapidly and where plans evolve — comfort with ambiguity is essential.

This role is based in Singapore and works closely with stakeholders across global time zones.

Responsibilities

Own infrastructure recruiting strategy and execution across APAC, from individual contributor through to leadership hires

Build, lead and develop a regional recruiting team, driving accountability, performance and consistent hiring practices

Establish scalable recruiting processes, tooling and data discipline to support growth across the region

Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into clear hiring plans, prioritisation and sequencing

Work closely with local HR and leadership to ensure hiring aligns with local employment regulations and market conditions

Partner with our global compensation team on levelling, offer construction and market benchmarking across the region

Manage external agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost discipline and clear accountability

Use hiring data and market insights to guide prioritisation, capacity planning and recruiting investment — and to report progress and risk clearly to leadership

Elevate hiring standards through structured assessment and hiring manager enablement

Ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring activity

Step in as a player-coach on critical or senior searches when needed

What success looks like

APAC infrastructure hiring plans delivered on time and to a high quality bar

A high-performing regional recruiting team with clear ownership and strong data discipline

Recruiting processes that scale ahead of the region's growth rather than react to it

Regional leadership, HR and compensation partners operating from one shared, data-backed hiring picture

External vendor usage that is deliberate, measured and demonstrably delivering value

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience leading recruitment in infrastructure, data centre, industrial or similarly operational environments

Experience building and managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments

Exposure to both high-volume and technical hiring preferred

Track record of hiring across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of local talent pools and employment considerations

Data-obsessed: fluent in recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics, and uses them to drive decisions, prioritisation and accountability

Strong stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with senior business leaders

Demonstrated ability to design a team and process around a problem, rather than run an existing playbook

Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including performance and cost management

Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
