Talent Acquisition Coach

We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition coach to work with students and professionals building careers in talent acquisition and recruiting. This role includes teaching core skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, candidate screening, and interviewing techniques, as well as employer branding and onboarding, and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern recruiting workflows. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role. Ideal candidates have professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and interpersonal aspects of the hiring process. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
