Systems Integration Engineer
The ideal candidate is a technical integration specialist with a strong background in API and SDK-based solutioning, and a proven ability to own the end-to-end technical integration of complex SaaS products in a fintech environment. They bring a design-first mindset, combining technical rigour with clear communication. They are equally comfortable working through integration architecture with a customer’s technical team and translating approved designs into precise, testable implementations. This role suits an individual who thrives on technical ownership, applies a disciplined approach to fault diagnosis and risk management, and takes pride in delivering integrations that are correct, reliable and scalable.
The Role
We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join our Technical Delivery team, reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Delivery. You will work closely with Implementation Managers, who coordinate onboarding and manage change requests, and with Implementation Engineers, who own platform configuration and execution. Your focus is on the technical integration layer, ensuring designs are correct, risks are identified and managed, and integrations are delivered to the highest standard.
You will engage directly with customer technical teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment between Entersekt’s integration standards and the customer’s technical environment. You will also be in a unique position to help make recommendations regarding the next generation of product and integration standards and will partner with the product team as part of this continuing evolution.
