Partner with the Chief Engineer and Chief Architect to own the system architecture and interface definitions (ICDs), and coordinate across software, data, and third-party/GFE components

Build and run integration and test plans, test procedures, and verification matrices (RVTM)

Plan and run demo events: environment setup, dry runs, rehearsals, go/no-go reviews, and on-site support

Partner with the infrastructure and engineering teams to maintain integration and test environments on classified networks and in SCIFs, working with security and IT on accreditation needs

Lead technical reviews (system requirements reviews, test readiness reviews) and present to customer stakeholders at the right level of technical depth

Manage technical risk, configuration baselines, and change control across fast-moving development cycles for critical demonstrations

Must Haves:

An active TS/SCI clearance

10+ years of systems engineering experience, with 5+ years in integration and test of software-intensive systems

3+ years in a technical lead role on DoD or IC programs

Hands-on experience delivering software demos, prototypes, or rapid capability efforts to government customers

Strong command of requirements management, verification and validation, and interface control
