Responsibilities:

Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and vendors

Set expectations for equipment and material schedules with internal teams and vendors

Build and maintain relationships with vendors through regular check-ins

Solicit and review quotes for accuracy

Provide bid analysis and recommendations

Tracks orders and communicates estimated ship dates and deliveries with vendors and project teams.

Act as the point person for all supply chain needs of the project teams

Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, such as a kickoff meeting.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Individual must be a self-starter and passionate about serving their internal and external clients.

Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and adapt to change.

Experience negotiating with vendors

Ability to support the Data Center Lane while managing supply chain priorities across multiple project teams

Bluebeam software experience

Microsoft Suite experience

Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical degree.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $60,000-70,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Location: This position can be located out of Omaha, NE, Sioux Center, IA, or Sioux Falls, SD office (Hybrid).

Travel: Travel will be required up to 25% of the time. Travel is typically 1-2 nights, several times a month.
