We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Content Operations team. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience coordinating game development projects. As a Project Management Intern – Content Operations, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of content projects. You will assist the team with day-to-day project coordination while gaining practical experience in project management, localization, and content operations workflows.
What You Will Do
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects by tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Support coordination across cross-functional teams and help facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and team members.
Assist with creating and maintaining project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and progress reports.
Assist with coordinating localization workflows across multiple projects.
Support collaboration with external developers, vendors, and freelancers on outsourced projects.
Help identify project risks, dependencies, or blockers and escalate them to the relevant team members.
Support research and contribute to improvements in internal project management processes and workflows.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks requested by Content team members.
Should Have
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
Desired Majors: Computer Science, Game Design and Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with project management tools and workflows is an advantage.
A passion for game development, digital content, and emerging technologies.
Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience involving project coordination is a plus.
