ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Be the go to person for the day to day support of teams across the office

Meet and greet: professional guest greeting and recognising regular guests; greeting new employees

Meeting rooms: assist with room requests or conflicts

Security passes: issue and cancel all security passes

Provide admin support across agency: print address labels, organise the purchase and delivery of gifts, assist with binding/laminating, book taxis and couriers

Support central IT team with onboarding and offboarding

Handle basic maintenance tasks safely, practically and with strong attention to detail.

Carry out tasks on our daily checklist at appointed times throughout the day, ensuring that they are performed to a consistently high standard and on time. These tasks include: ensuring adequate lighting, comfortable temperature and a safe working environment; studio equipment checks and maintenance

EU working rights are required. Either through a EU Citizenship or Study Programme in Germany
