Staff Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Suno is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to help us scale our technical programs and launches - coordinating across engineering, product, and other functions to land some of our largest initiatives. As a Staff TPM, you’ll have the ability to create and drive programs, and partner with us to figure out where we should be investing that we aren’t today. TPM as a function is new to Suno, and there’s a real opportunity to help us build it from the ground up

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead cross-functional programs end to end — things like model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and engineering initiatives — from scoping, through rollout, and tracking

- Coach and grow the team's TPM, building the mentorship and structure that hasn't existed here before

- Help shape what "TPM" means at Suno — the working model, the organizing principles, and where the function needs to grow

- Partner closely with engineering leadership so cross-functional continues to move fast and collaboration is easy, contributing directly to team velocity

- Help turn Suno's mission — making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone — into shipped, coordinated reality across teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

MUST-HAVES

- 8–10 years in program or technical program management

- Demonstrated adaptability — you find the right approach for the environment you're in rather than importing what worked somewhere else

- A clear, articulable framework for how you evaluate and measure whether a program is actually succeeding

- Enough technical/coding fluency to get hands-on and understand the work that needs to be done, not just coordinate around it

NICE-TO-HAVES

- Track record of building a program from zero in genuine ambiguity and landing it

- Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers

- Background at a consumer tech company, a high-scale tech company, or a hypergrowth scale-up

- Experience coordinating launches for AI or ML-driven products

WORK LOCATION POLICY

This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno's company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

COMPENSATION:

- The annual salary range for this role is $230,000 - $300,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)
