You will combine deep technical expertise with a passion for customer success, operating at the intersection of relationship management, solution architecture, and product advocacy. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are excited to work with some of the most forward-thinking security teams in the industry, we want to hear from you.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Serve as the go-to expert for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, leading complex implementation and onboarding projects and delivering proactive, high-impact account management through strategic advisory, technical deep-dives, training, and escalation management.

Assess client environments and architect tailored, scalable security solutions that align with business goals and compliance needs, solving real-world challenges and ensuring seamless rollouts of SentinelOne solutions.

Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Executive teams to shape product direction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Become a SentinelOne product authority, continuously sharpening your knowledge to stay ahead of the curve and share best practices with both internal teams and customers through service reviews, workshops, and technical engagement.

Create insightful how-to guides, video content, and technical resources that empower customers and colleagues, and travel up to 20% as needed to support key client engagements.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Field Engineer, Senior Support Engineer (Tier 3–4), TAM, or Pre-Sales Engineer, with a proven track record of working with enterprise-level clients and delivering engaging technical training sessions.

Strong background in endpoint security, with experience supporting host-based security solutions and comfortable working across multiple OS platforms including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Unix shell, with hands-on experience with Postgres or other databases and familiarity with Windows Sysinternals tools strongly preferred.

Exceptional project management abilities combined with excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A proactive problem-solver and effective team player with a global perspective, quick to learn and energized by the opportunity to make a measurable impact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
