We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own our growing B2B marketing portfolio. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Partnership teams, communicating precisely across the org to keep stakeholders informed, resolving questions from customer-facing teams, and helping triage bugs and regressions as they surface.

This role reports to the Director of Product.

What you'll be doing:

Own our B2B/ABM marketing portfolio end to end, both directly and through collaboration, from account discovery through reporting

Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, and strive to make B2B marketing a competitive differentiator for StackAdapt

Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers, navigating technical and organizational dependencies

Define the multi-year vision and take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, establishing trust with your engineering and design partners

What you’ll bring to the table:

Extensive product management experience  at a digital SaaS company, ideally including taking a new product from zero to one

Prior experience with advertising technologies (AdTech) and programmatic media is preferred

Hands-on experience with B2B marketing or ABM platforms, or deep familiarity with how B2B marketers run account-based programs to generate pipelines

Experience integrating with major CRM,marketing automation ecosystems, and data platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)

High technical fluency: comfortable discussing data pipelines, identity resolution, and measurement/attribution constraints with engineers, and able to explain them to non-technical audiences

Demonstrated track record of setting multi-year strategy for a product portfolio and turning it into a roadmap, with a short- and long-term view of how B2B becomes a competitive differentiator for StackAdapt

Strong Product Management craft and theory, with the practical experience to back it up

A keen design sense grounded in design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics; able to look at a guided workflow through a B2B marketer's eyes

You prioritize with reason, clarity, and purpose, aligning stakeholders across Revenue, Partnerships, Data Science, and Product Marketing and focusing on the KPIs you're moving; you lead by influence, not formal authority

You've incorporated AI tooling into your day-to-day work and understand where AI helps B2B customers versus where deterministic methods are the right call

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.

Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.

Canada Base Salary Band

$168,000—$258,500 CAD

USA Base Salary Band

$168,000—$231,000 USD
