Staff GTM AI Product Manager
Why You’ll Love This Role
The IT organization is looking for a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that measurably improve sales productivity and accelerate revenue execution. You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that help sellers spend less time on administrative work and searching for information, and more time engaging customers, advancing deals, and closing business.
This is a hands-on product management role for a builder and thought leader with strong technical depth. You’ll move from discovery to prototype to launch, translate product strategy into sound architecture and implementation plans, and stay accountable for adoption and measurable business outcomes. You’ll work directly with sellers and GTM leaders, apply Customer/User Journey (CUJ) and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) thinking to understand real needs, and turn those insights into products people want to use.
The ideal candidate combines product strategy, technical fluency, and a bias for execution, with a strong focus on making Cribl’s sales organization more productive, effective, and scalable through AI and automation.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Bring…
Sales Productivity and GTM Transformation
Make improving sales productivity a primary goal, identifying and eliminating friction across prospecting, account research, meeting preparation, customer engagement, deal execution, follow ups, and forecasting.
Identify opportunities to reduce administrative work, automate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and increase the time sellers spend on customer-facing and revenue-generating activities.
Partner with sellers and sales leaders to understand current workflows, establish productivity baselines, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Build AI-powered experiences that translate signals into timely recommendations, prioritized actions, and automated execution not just dashboards or passive insights.
Measure improvements in seller time saved, administrative effort, customer-facing time, workflow efficiency, deal progression, and overall seller effectiveness.
Product Strategy and Execution
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI in partnership with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical stakeholders.
Own a clear program area with end-to-end accountability for discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
Apply CUJ and JTBD thinking to identify seller friction, prioritize opportunities, and design intuitive, effective workflows.
Lead discovery with sellers and GTM stakeholders to understand real needs, validate problems, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
Move ideas from concept to prototype to production, using rapid experimentation and user feedback to iterate toward product market fit within GTM.
Prioritize the roadmap based on user value, sales productivity impact, business outcomes, adoption potential, data quality, risk, and delivery complexity.
Technical Strategy and AI Enablement
Own the product and technical strategy, including target architecture, integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and non-functional requirements such as reliability, security, privacy, and observability.
Build and launch AI-powered workflows that connect signals across Rox, Salesforce, Gong, and the GTM Data Fabric to deliver actionable intelligence and enable sellers to execute more effectively.
Partner with engineering, business systems, data, and security teams on architecture, integrations, data quality, and delivery without losing sight of the end-user experience.
Evaluate AI capabilities, agents, workflow orchestration, and automation approaches to determine where they can deliver meaningful productivity gains.
Establish reusable product patterns and operating practices that help teams evaluate, build, and scale new AI use cases.
Governance, Adoption, and Measurement
Establish governance standards for GTM AI, including use-case checklists, approval processes, documentation, and a trusted source of truth for active and planned use cases.
Define success metrics and measure adoption, seller productivity, workflow effectiveness, and business impact.
Continuously improve products based on usage data, seller feedback, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure AI experiences are trusted, secure, reliable, and integrated into sellers’ existing workflows.
Build repeatable approaches to experimentation, launch, adoption, and value measurement that accelerate future GTM AI initiatives.
We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You’ve Got It - We Want It
5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product or platform.
Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration, ideally within a B2B SaaS sales organization.
Understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks, with the ability to apply them to seller workflows and productivity challenges.
Experience designing and shipping AI-driven workflows, automations, or system integrations not just using AI-enabled tools.
A builder’s mindset: comfortable starting with an imperfect prototype, learning from users, and turning it into a reliable product.
Strong technical fluency across CRM, data models, integrations, APIs, workflow orchestration, automation platforms, and AI capabilities, with the judgment to make sound architecture and delivery tradeoffs.
Ability to work effectively with engineering and business systems teams by creating clear technical requirements, evaluating implementation options, and maintaining alignment from discovery through launch.
Comfort working directly with sellers and sales leaders to conduct discovery, gather feedback, drive adoption, and resolve friction.
Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to understand how data, people, processes, and technology work together.
Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and prioritize for speed, quality, and scale.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a compelling point of view to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
