The Role You'll Play

Lead strategic execution and delivery for a cross-functional Cyber Security or IT program, including influence over resourcing decisions, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement

Manage multiple complex projects timelines, risks, and action items for multiple projects, potentially with competing timelines or resourcing needs, and escalate project issues or blockers

Communicate and influence effectively on multiple levels (e.g., Security & IT leadership team, engineers, cross-discipline stakeholders)

Identify creative ways to measure and track progress on your program’s initiatives and promote learning from both success and failures to a wider audience

Design and iteratively improve templates that support programs, projects, and enterprise-wide processes

Navigate ambiguity with a bias for action, being creative and resourceful in problem solving, and ask questions early and often when working in new or unfamiliar systems or topics

Demonstrate deep, evolving technical fluency in core security domains (e.g., IAM, endpoint security, cloud risk, compliance frameworks) and apply it to shape program strategy, drive architectural trade-off decisions, and translate complexity for executive and cross-functional audiences, while serving as a trusted technical liaison across Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders

The Experience You’ll Bring

4-6+ years in program management, client services, management consulting, or a similar role at a technology company. Prior experience with running Cyber Security or IT programs required

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, cyber security, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience

Deep expertise in program management best practices and tools, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Solid technical aptitude with an ability to understand technical architectures and speak to system design, reliability and scalability challenges, and design tradeoffs

Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience in interpreting and communicating technical requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, etc.) is highly desirable

Learns quickly and operates independently in familiar domains, proactively seeking guidance in new areas, while owning program risks and driving structured mitigation strategies

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $100,000 to $132,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
