Participate in code reviews to shape our code—and the way we think and talk about our work
Serve as the go-to expert in an area of the codebase, and proactively share that knowledge across the broader engineering organization
Facilitate alignment across teams on goals and technical tradeoffs; author RFCs to propose new feature implementations or improvements to existing ones
Oversee multiple concurrent projects that deliver measurable results tied to organizational goals, working cross-functionally to align stakeholders
