We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with an exceptional eye for visual craft and interaction design to shape the core GamePlay experience, from how members discover players and games, to how they build their entry on the Board, to how they check out. This is not just about building systems; it's about making the path from "what's on tonight?" to a locked-in entry feel effortless, clear, and fun, and pushing the boundary of what can be done in the Daily Fantasy Sports industry. You will be the force behind the look, feel, and interaction of Board and Discovery, the surfaces members touch on every visit, and a true design partner to Checkout so the journey stays seamless from first browse to final confirmation.

What you’ll do:

Drive End-to-End Delivery: Own the full design lifecycle across Board and Discovery, from initial requirements gathering through ship and post-launch iteration. This means understanding the mechanics underneath the surface and the business drivers behind them well enough to shape the systems themselves, not just the screens on top of them.

Build & Refine Interfaces: Stay hands-on. You'll prototype at high fidelity and execute at the pixel level, because on high-traffic surfaces like the Board the difference between good and premium is in the hierarchy, the transitions, and the details.

Develop & Ship New Systems: Use AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to conceptualize and launch scalable patterns for browsing, selecting, and building entries, including how we merchandise players, games, and promotions so the right things surface at the right moment. Your systems should stay fast, clear, and consistent as the product grows.

Raise the Design Bar: Hold quality high through consistent critique, active contribution to our design systems, and craft standards that hold up across every visual and interaction detail in the domain. As a senior designer, you'll also raise the bar for the designers around you.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build real partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Tracking design team, with especially tight collaboration across Checkout user journeys. Board, Checkout, and Tracking are one continuous experience for the member, so you'll be the one making sure what members see, confirm, and track stays coherent from start to finish.

What you have:

5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that showcases mastery in visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking. Your work should demonstrate a clear understanding of how to create emotionally engaging digital experiences.

Excel in Visual and Interaction Design: A mastery of visual design principles (typography, layout, color theory) and a passion for motion and micro-interactions that enhance usability and create delight. You have a "pixel-perfect" mindset.

Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract business goals and user needs into a compelling design vision and a pragmatic, phased execution plan, from MVP to future-state iterations. Ability to create simple experiences out of complex and interconnected systems.

Deep Empathy and User Focus: An innate ability to understand user motivations and behaviors, considering usability and accessibility not as a checklist but as a core tenet of exceptional design. Utilize research, analytics, and customer insights to build your knowledge of our customers.

Technical Acumen: A foundational understanding of frontend technologies and the ability to foster a seamless, collaborative handoff process with engineering partners. Utilize AI to bridge gaps and build functional prototypes and demos.

Industry Interest: A deep, genuine passion for sports as a whole. You watch games. You follow more than one league. You know what it feels like to build the perfect lineup, and you have opinions about which sports products get it right and which don't. Experience designing sports, Daily Fantasy, or video game products is a strong signal, and we're open to people who've brought that same competitive, fast-moving energy from other industries.

What makes you stand out:

Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design mentality.

Experience supporting Daily Fantasy Sports, sports betting, gaming, prediction markets, or social product design projects.

Where you’ll live:

This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks offices in Atlanta, GA or remote out of New York, NY. Not Local? No problem! We offer a competitive relocation package to help you get here! #LI-Hybrid
