Now, let’s talk about you.

Engine X is our charge card and spend management solution, built to give businesses a single place to manage travel and everyday spend. It's a fast-growing product line inside Engine, and we're investing heavily in scaling adoption across our customer base.

As an Implementation Manager, Engine X, you'll lead financial workflow transformation across high-stakes mid-market accounts, partnering directly with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders. You’ll operate at multiple altitudes—leading executive change management while also owning the tactical implementation, onboarding, and adoption required to turn strategy into sustained usage.

This is a high-impact 0→1 opportunity for someone deeply experienced with corporate cards, spend management, payments, or adjacent financial products who can help us build the Engine X implementation playbook and GTM motion.

Your Mission:

Lead Implementation & Financial Transformation

Own Engine X implementations from strategy through execution, translating executive priorities into tailored rollout, onboarding, and adoption plans.

Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders, helping customers modernize financial workflows and navigate organizational change.

Drive tactical execution across account setup, card issuance, user enablement, and adoption while building alignment across Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

Grow Spend and Card Issuance

Partner with customers, Account Management, and Sales to increase Engine X penetration, card issuance, and spend across departments and business units.

Use CRM tools, performance dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor implementation health, identify adoption gaps, and prioritize growth opportunities.

Drive sustained usage by connecting executive strategy and workflow transformation to measurable customer outcomes.

Build the Playbook

Help build Engine X’s 0→1 implementation playbook and GTM motion, bringing proven practices from fintech, payments, corporate cards, or spend management.

Develop scalable implementation, executive engagement, change-management, and customer enablement frameworks.

Bring customer insights back to Product and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how Engine X is positioned, implemented, and adopted.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:

5+ years of experience in implementation, financial transformation, customer success, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within fintech, payments, corporate cards, or spend management.

Experience managing high-stakes mid-market or enterprise implementations and working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and executive finance leaders.

Ability to lead strategic financial workflow and change-management conversations while also owning tactical onboarding and execution.

Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, ERP/accounting ecosystems, CRM tools, and performance reporting.

Executive presence, a consultative approach, and proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.

A builder and metrics-driven mindset—you’re excited to help define a 0→1 playbook while owning measurable adoption and growth outcomes.

How We’ll Measure Success:

You'll own successful Engine X implementations and the outcomes they drive, including GMV growth, card issuance, account penetration, sustained adoption, and implementation velocity, while helping build the repeatable implementation and GTM motion that allows Engine X to scale.
