PayNearMe is looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Gen to own demand initiatives and campaign execution for our Financial Institutions and Lending vertical.

This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role with significant ownership and visibility. Working from a focused universe of accounts, you will build integrated, account-based programs that engage the right buyers, generate sales meetings, and create qualified opportunities. Your success will be measured primarily by target-account engagement, sales meetings set, and opportunities created—outcomes shared with Sales to keep our revenue teams aligned.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Event Marketing. You will also direct outside partners supporting paid media, publisher programs, design, and asset production.

This role is well suited to someone who can set a clear strategy, turn it into an organized campaign plan, execute the details, and take ownership of results from the first brief through final performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Adapt and deliver the demand generation strategy for the Financial Institutions and Lending market, translating revenue priorities into campaign themes, channel plans, and measurable goals

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across advertising, industry events, direct mail, digital experiences, webinars and other targeted channels

Own campaigns from end to end, including the campaign brief, audience and account selection, offer, channel mix, asset requirements, launch plan, sales follow-up, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign recommendations

Establish a strong operating rhythm with Sales around target accounts, campaign participation, meeting goals, follow-up responsibilities, account feedback, and opportunity outcomes

Work with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to turn market insights, buyer needs, and product messaging into compelling campaign concepts, content, offers, and sales-ready programs

Report on the effectiveness of campaigns with a mix of data analysis and storytelling to cut through the noise and implement concrete recommendations for improvement

Manage campaign budgets thoughtfully, evaluate channel and vendor performance, and recommend how investments should be allocated to produce the greatest revenue impact

Maintain an organized, visible campaign calendar and project plan to ensure visibility across marketing, sales and other departments

Qualifications:

8-10 years of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaign experience, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, or another complex technology solution

A strong background in campaign development and program execution

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a layered demand function

Experience turning industry events into measurable demand programs

Experience managing agencies, contractors, publishers, or other external partners and holding them accountable for quality, timelines, and performance

A strong ownership mindset - you care about getting results less than sticking to rigid ways of doing things

Strong strategic thinking and creative approach to problem solving

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Occasional need to travel to select industry events and company or team meetings

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
