As our Sr. Client Finance Analyst, you will…

Play a critical role driving financial performance and supporting client teams by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations. This role partners closely with Client Service and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, revenue recognition and profitability management.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, supporting client leads in managing budgets, forecasts and profitability.

Develop financial models to track client revenue, expenses and margins, ensuring alignment with contract terms and scopes of work.

Review Client Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing proposals to provide financial guidance and ensure profitability targets are met.

Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts at the client level

What You'll Bring

4 - 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within a  professional services or client -facing environment

Bachelor’s degree ​in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred, and/ or equivalent work experience

Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office with an emphasis on Excel

Netsuite ERP & SPP background a plus

Familiarity using financial reporting systems

Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, client profitability and financial modeling

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively with cross functional teams

Solid organizational skills

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
