Brief Description:
This role operates at the intersection of Supply and Demand Operations, with dedicated responsibilities across both functions. The Supply team focuses on publisher account development and monetization optimization, while the Demand team specializes in PMP deal and campaign analysis - together ensuring healthy, scalable pipelines, data-backed insights, and consistent media flow across the Exchange.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical acumen with operational discipline, using insights to unlock incremental revenue and build scalable, high-quality supply portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Deal Desk
Monitor and analyze PMP deals and campaign performance, assessing pacing, delivery, and KPI achievement (CTR, VCR, Viewability).
Evaluate deal health metrics, proactively identify anomalies, and surface insights for corrective action.
Partner with CSMs, TAMs, and Demand Ops to resolve deal-level issues and ensure consistent media flow across DSPs and advertisers.
Identify optimization opportunities for active deals, enhancing inclusion visibility, win rates, and spend consistency.
Support campaign health reporting, data accuracy checks, and anomaly resolution through analytical tools and dashboards.
Drive operational excellence by aligning execution practices with global demand-side governance (whitelists, QPS, creative approvals).
Central Operations Excellence:
Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to extract actionable insights for both supply and demand streams.
Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Continuously identify process gaps and automation opportunities, driving efficiency and scalability in central workflows.
Contribute to data hygiene, reporting integrity, and cross-team alignment to ensure unified visibility across Exchange operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
3+ years in publisher account management, ad operations, or supply-side programmatic roles.
Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, mediation, header bidding, and programmatic deal structures (Open Auction, PMP, PG).
Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Selenium, or similar); ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
Familiarity with SDK integrations, ads.txt, sellers.json, and traffic quality metrics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.
