Specialist, Consolidation & Regional Finance

Your Mission

Joining our Group Reporting team, you will contribute to group consolidation activities and handle day-to-day IFRS accounting topics. You will manage core Intercompany reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and support timely, accurate financial closes. As an active team contributor assisting with year-end audits and financial statement disclosures, you will help maintain high reporting standards and streamline our finance operations.

What You'll Do

Perform hands-on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks within the group consolidation workflow.

Assist in drafting IFRS annual financial statements, disclosures, and supporting technical notes.

Execute Intercompany (IC) reconciliations to ensure accurate eliminations across entities.

Assist the team during year-end external audits by preparing supporting schedules, documentation, and answering routine queries.

Identify practical ways to improve consolidation templates and daily financial reporting workflows.

Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit support.

Good practical understanding of IFRS standards and experience assisting with financial statement notes.

Hands-on exposure to year-end audit preparation and compiling clean audit working papers.

Working familiarity with group reporting software or standard ERP systems (experience with LucaNet is a plus).

Reliable team player who works comfortably in fast-paced fintech environments and meets tight reporting schedules.
