Spare Parts Coordinator
About the Role:
In this role, you keep spare parts moving and projects on track. You’re the person making sure the right parts get ordered, tracked, and delivered—without things falling through the cracks. You’ll work closely with Customer Service, Project Managers, Buyers, and Finance, helping the team deliver on commitments and build strong, long-term customer relationships. If you like being organized, staying a step ahead, and supporting a team that depends on you, this role fits.
What you’ll be doing:
Being the go-to person for all things spare parts across Customer Service, Project Management, Purchasing, and Finance
Processing customer orders quickly and accurately (details matter here)
Helping build and improve spare-parts processes so things run smoothly and consistently
Keeping inventory accurate and up to date
Creating and maintaining recommended spare-parts lists for equipment
Tracking orders and keeping the Project Management team in the loop on status and timing
What sets you up for success:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
You bring 5+ years of experience in a similar coordination, inventory, or spare-parts role
You’re naturally organized and known for staying on top of details
You’re comfortable using Excel to keep things accurate and organized
You take pride in doing things right the first time
You’re a team player who’s happy to jump in and help wherever needed
