Sorority & Fraternity Admissions Coach

We're seeking an experienced sorority and fraternity admissions coach to work with students preparing for the recruitment process. This role includes guiding students through rush strategy and chapter selection, as well as resume review and conversation and interview prep to help students make a strong impression during recruitment events. Coaches also support students with social media review to ensure their online presence aligns with their goals, along with coordinating letters of recommendation and coaching students on presentation and etiquette throughout the process. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with Greek life recruitment, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students navigate the recruitment process with confidence. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
