About the role:

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll shape how prospective customers understand, evaluate, and adopt OfficeSpace. You’ll partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, architect solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide complex technical evaluations across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams. You’ll turn business challenges and technical complexity into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. AI will accelerate how you research, prepare, design, and execute—but your judgment, storytelling, technical credibility, and ability to earn customer trust will make the difference.

What you’ll do:

Own the technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities—from discovery through validation and close.

Lead high-impact discovery that uncovers business problems, workflows, technical requirements, success criteria, decision drivers, and hidden risks.

Translate customer needs into solution architectures that connect OfficeSpace capabilities to measurable workplace and business outcomes.

Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that tell the customer’s story, adapt in real time, and make complex capabilities easy to understand.

Lead technical evaluations and POCs with clear hypotheses, use cases, success criteria, dependencies, and decision paths.

Navigate enterprise architecture conversations across APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, employee data, Microsoft 365, security, and related systems. Identify technical risks early.

Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, and other experts to build a credible path forward.

Orchestrate AI tools and agents to accelerate account research, discovery preparation, demo planning, technical research, solution design, and first-draft customer deliverables.

Verify AI-generated outputs before they influence customer recommendations, technical decisions, or external communications.

Help customers separate practical AI opportunities from hype and connect emerging capabilities to real workplace outcomes.

Lead complex RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, solution diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation assumptions—with AI handling repeatable synthesis and drafting where appropriate.

Build reusable discovery frameworks, technical patterns, prompts, demo assets, and AI-enabled workflows that raise the performance of the broader Solutions Consulting team.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS.

Experience owning technical and solution strategy within complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.

Strong discovery skills. You move beyond stated requirements to uncover the real business problem, technical constraints, decision criteria, and outcomes that matter.

A track record of designing and delivering compelling software demonstrations for business, technical, and executive audiences.

Strong technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture.

The ability to turn technical complexity into clear, relevant, outcome-driven recommendations.

Hands-on fluency with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools in professional workflows—including an understanding of their limitations and verification requirements.

Strong AI orchestration skills. You can define an objective, provide the right context, structure an AI workflow, evaluate its output, verify critical claims, and decide where human judgment must take over.

The judgment to distinguish high-value AI applications from automation that creates unnecessary risk or complexity.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.

The ability to manage multiple opportunities without losing rigor, context, or customer trust.

A consultative mindset and the credibility to work across end users, technical teams, business leaders, and executives.

Experience with IWMS, workplace technology, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPs, or technical evaluations is valuable.

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security and privacy concepts, AI agents, or prompt design is a plus.
