What You’ll Do

Participate in requirements gathering sessions with FP&A, Accounting, and other business stakeholders

Translate business requirements into technical solutions across EDM/EDMCS, APES, and ARS

Configure and support Oracle EDMCS properties, hierarchies, subscriptions, data views, validations, and governance processes

Implement and maintain Chart of Accounts hierarchies and enterprise metadata within Oracle EDMCS

Configure EDMCS approval workflows, notifications, and metadata governance processes

Work with APES and ARS to support Finance-related application, reporting, and data requirements

Support integrations and data flows between EDMCS, APES, ARS, and other Oracle Finance/EPM applications

Configure and maintain metadata across multiple Oracle applications, including General Ledger (GL), FCCS, and EPBCS

Implement security groups and support persona-based access management in collaboration with security teams

Develop logical filters within EDMCS to support Chart of Accounts metadata change requests

Troubleshoot application, metadata, integration, and reporting issues across the Oracle environment

Create implementation documentation, technical documentation, and step-by-step user guides

Support metadata governance initiatives and continuous process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions

What You Bring

Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS/EDM), Oracle APES, Oracle ARS

Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles

Experience working with Chart of Accounts (COA) structures and metadata governance

Experience configuring EDMCS properties, hierarchies, subscriptions, validations, and data views

Experience implementing EDMCS approval workflows and governance processes

Experience supporting integrations and data movement across Oracle Finance/EPM applications

Knowledge of security groups and role-based access management

Experience supporting Oracle Financial applications, including GL, FCCS, and EPBCS

Strong troubleshooting skills across application, data, metadata, and reporting environments

Ability to create clear technical documentation and implementation guides

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and technical teams

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to have

Broader experience across the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)

Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)

Experience using Jira

Previous experience supporting enterprise Finance transformation initiatives

Familiarity with financial data governance, metadata management, and reporting best practices

English level

Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $60–110/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.
