What you'll do
Platform Orchestration: Oversee and enhance a massive Kubernetes infrastructure platform, ensuring peak availability, performance, and reliability.
Automation & Engineering: Evolve internal tooling to eliminate manual overhead and streamline platform delivery across global teams.
Lifecycle Management: Manage Day 1 and Day 2 operations for Kubernetes clusters using modern scaling frameworks.
Operational Excellence: Partner with a supportive engineering team to manage production environments and lead high-severity incident responses calmly and efficiently.
This role requires
Infrastructure Expertise: A background in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering managing production environments.
Kubernetes Mastery: Deep working knowledge of K8s primitives (Deployments, StatefulSets, Services) and hands-on experience building custom Kubernetes Operators.
Golang Proficiency: Strong skills in Go for systems programming and infrastructure automation.
Production Focus: Proven experience managing production stability, monitoring, and resolving high-severity incidents.
Bonus points if you have
Experience with cloud-native auto-scaling technologies such as Karpenter or Cluster API.
Practical familiarity with Helm and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux to manage continuous deployment workflows.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
